I'm giving up on titling these things. Before, it was convenient for telling them apart because I was moving divs around pages. I still managed to delete one or two entries on accident, but now I don't care. If it disappears, it disappears!
My birthday was last Wednesday, and instead of taking the day off I just worked. It's kind of nice having coworkers ask you why you wouldn't take the day off, but on the other hand, when they just keep asking, it seems like they really don't appreciate my presence? Like, just mute me on Slack, it's not that big of a deal.
I'm half joking, I had a good week. I've been watching the new season of Girls' High School Mystery Class. The episodes are longer, and so far it feels more grounded in reality than the last season, so I like it. I also started another miniature house, one with less paper pieces! And I'm making clothes for my honeybears. I wondered how some customizers painted the eyes, and it turns out their heads pretty easy to disassemble with some force. The eye mechanism is standard magnet-gravity magic, so I imagine it would be really easy to make a mold of the "eyes" and do some fun things with resin. Painting is less viable for the darker honeybears, because their "eyelids" are too dark to make an opaque coat that doesn't get stuck in the eyeholes, but I mixed pearl powder with varnish for a slightly iridescent effect on one. For now he just has a hat made from an icing tip, but perhaps I'll give him a cape and a wand or something. I gave another one boots. It was a bit of a failed experiment.
